Yaohan Food Fair - No. 3 Road, Richmond

If you want to get a great food deal, you can't go wrong with the Food Fair at the Yaohan Centre. Lots of variety if you like cheap Asian food. The deals are incredible. I had the 2 items + noodle dish for $4.75, which turned out to be chow mein + chicken + beef. (3 items + noodle or rice was $5.25.)

It's even cheaper after 8 or 9pm when they have to clear out all the food. Lots of traffic means the turnover is fast and the food fresh.

It's like another world there with food ranging from congee to Hainanese chicken, from mango pudding to wonton noodle.

Comments:
I noted on your profile that you will try to keep your weight between 140 and 150 pounds - that is between super-lightweight and super- welterweight.

But since the weight limit for super-welterweight is 154 pounds, you might consider getting up to that weight, for it will add a bit to your punching power should you get into any brawls in the manifold pubs and restaurants you patronize.

You will mitigate any loss of speed this extra weight would entail, by throwing Joe Frazier-like left hooks to your opponents mid-section, so to slow him down to your speed. Once his guard comes down, you can then go upstairs to deliver the coup d' grace.

Are the weight classes the same for kickboxing? Wasn't there a pay-per-view this past weekend for UFC or something like that? Boxing's done, kickboxing was the sport for the 90s and this UFC is the here and now.
