New Korean food market behind Capitol 6. You can get your kim chis with your cellphones here. There's also a small food area where you can choose between Japanese, Chinese and Korean food. I had the mixed vegetable rice with egg with kimchi on the side for $9.10. You order your food, then wait for it. Watch out for the heavy and hot stoneware-like bowls.

When you say “new Korean food market” do you mean a market that has newly begun selling Korean food; or a market that is selling a new (avant garde, perhaps) type of Korean food?
